Possibly the two most polar opposites in young athletes training..

Young athletes have a tendency to over train in the weight room and under train their bodies from a nutritional stand point.  The common remedy in this type of young athletes mind is to compensate through high priced supplements and in extreme cases, experimenting with anabolic steroids.
The Shockers have a certified Fitness & Nutrition professional on staff who can meet and discuss the happy mediums between strength and nutrition, and create workout programs that can be downloaded from the internet.  Like having your own personal trainer available 24-hours a day.
